What are the subscription plans available?

The only option right now is the Founding 50 for $2500/year (~50% discount)

Once we shift to full retail pricing, the plans will be:

Standard: $197/month or $1970/year

Professional: $297/month or $2970/year

Premium: $497/month or $4970/year

We can offer any one of our 3 core features for $97/month if you only want/need one.

Can I get a free trial?

Yes! You can test drive a few of our trial features for a free. And we even have a few you can have for free forever.

You can also get a $1 trial for one month, allowing you to explore almost all the features before committing.

Are there any setup fees?

Yes, for now while we are personally onboarding every new subscriber, there are one-time setup fees. They range from $250 - $2500 depending on what you need setup. In the future once we fully automate the onboarding process, then there will be no setup fees.

Are there any hidden costs?

Kinda. For our Founding 50 subscribers there are no "hidden costs" because we eat all the variable usage costs for all your features for life. $2500/year is the only cost you will see. If you want additional paid add-ons, those come with straight forward costs and nothing surprising or "hidden".

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, you can cancel at any time with no penalties or additional fees. You will not retain any of your build if you cancel. You can keep the gifted website though if you are a Founding 50 subscriber.

Do you offer a refund policy or guarantee?

We offer a 60-day conditional satisfaction guarantee, with specific requirements that must be met for eligibility. Please read more on that here https://locksmithcallbot.com/guarantee.

Are there any long-term contracts?

The Founding 50 Offer is an annual subscription. You can cancel anytime and your subscription will not be renewed after you complete your year.

Once we move to full retail pricing, we will offer month-to-month subscriptions with no long-term commitments required.

Onboarding and Setup

How long does it take to set up Locksmith Callbot?

That depends on what you are setting up to start. Setup can be fully completed within a few days to a few weeks weeks, depending on your feature stack and your responsiveness during onboarding.

What information do I need to provide for onboarding?

You’ll need to provide business details, customer information, and specific goals to tailor the software to your needs. We have a detailed and simple Onboarding process that you can begin right after you sign up.

Will I get help with setting up the software?

Yes, we will setup your core features for you as well as your website creation.

Once you are operational you can operate your app backend yourself.

We have a ticket system right now for support and try to reply within 1-2 business days. But we will eventually have better support options as we grow.

We are also creating a detailed knowledge base that should be launched in Q1/Q2 2025.

What are the steps involved in the onboarding process?

The process includes account setup, system customization, data input, and an onboarding call to ensure everything is tailored to your business.

How soon can I start using the software after purchase?

You can start using Locksmith Callbot as soon as the onboarding process is complete and we have your app deployed in the field. That takes anywhere from a few days to a few weeks depending on how quickly you complete your onboarding and what features you are using.

Can I import my existing customer data into Locksmith Callbot?

Yes, you can import customer data to ensure a smooth transition and continuity of service. We have not perfected this yet, so it may come with limitations. You need to give us more details on what you want to import and have a call with one of our team members to determine if it is feasible at this time.

Support and Training

What kind of support do you offer?

Currently we only offer ticket support. Depending on your issue, we may reply to your support ticket via email, phone call, or Zoom call.

We are creating a knowledge base and training resources that should be available in the new year.

We focused on building a killer app first, and then building (and funding) our customer service department through our apps success.

Is there a customer support hotline I can call?

Do you offer training on how to use Locksmith Callbot?

Not yet. We will eventually provide comprehensive training materials to ensure you’re competent, confident, and comfortable using our software.

We will set them up for you as much as possible so you don't have to worry about learning new software before you see any real benefits.

What happens if I run into issues while using the software?

Our support team is available to help resolve any issues. We are keeping our software as simple as possible for us to deliver, and our Founding 50 subscribers to receive maximum value and bang for buck.

Do you have a knowledge base or help center?

Not yet. We are building a knowledge base with articles, tutorials, and FAQs to assist with common questions and tasks.

Can I schedule a one-on-one training session?

No. Outside of your Onboarding Call, and perhaps one more call to help you get onboarded if you still need it, we do not currently offer personalized training sessions to address specific needs or challenges.

Does Locksmith Callbot integrate with my existing systems?

Yes, Locksmith Callbot integrates with most major systems, including CRMs, for seamless operation. We are a fully self-contained system so you can get rid of most of your tech stack with our software. But if you want/need to keep all/some of your existing software systems, that is likely possible. We'd need to know more though. What systems would you need/want to keep and integrate with LC?

Can the software work with my current CRM?

Possibly. Many popular CRMs offer integration capabilities with our systems. But our system is also a powerful CRM that can easily replace any CRM you currently use.
